You should commission Matt because he makes art that looks like stills from movies :O

Lessons I Learned From Video Games by Chris Gerringer

Contrary to popular belief, video games are not teaching kids to go out and violently axe murder their school teacher. But it has taught us when to strafe, to pay attention to environmental puzzles, and to immediately determine if a newfound item is going to be pertinent to our quest. Gaming art Black Belt Chris has illustrated some of the Golden Rules we’ve all picked up from a game or three.

Been thinking about FF7 lately. This started as a warm-up just for me, but then I spent too long on it and figured I should share it. For some reason this comic makes me feel really embarrassed. Probably because of how honest it is :T

Super Mario Bros. 3 LEGO Airship by Baron von Brunk

Entitled “The Fireflower” and constructed with over 8,000 LEGO bricks and electrical components to light up the stained glass-esque “Fire Flower” insignia. The signature warp pipe that marks the end of the Airship levels is hollow and actually leads to the interior bridge and control room, which can be accessed via swinging barnyard door in the back. This guy officially won LEGO. Everyone else can just go home now. I’ll just be over here… shrinking myself down so I can board this mighty vessel and set sail for the skies (look out for the killer sun though!)

A long time Pirate Club fan asked me to draw a tattoo of his wife fighting zombies to go on his forearm and when I drew her on top of a Semi to give a more vertical design, he said, “Make that semi Optimus Prime!” I like how this turned out a lot.

This is amazing. Fun fact: I saw them at E3 (twice!) but was too chicken to tell them how awesome they are.
